Grab the A1 for $299 rather than the A1 mini...having the flexibility to print larger items is worth the extra money...

A good single-color printer for the price. At least for PLA/PETG.

These are really good printers. I've had mine since June and really like it. I bought it at the time because I really wanted a Core XY printer and $240 was a great price for a printer with solid quality and speed. Like the Bambu printers this has been a "just print it" device.

If multicolor will ever matter to you, go bambu for the AMS upgrade availability. Otherwise, this is fine, esp for the price.

The 5m pro is also on sale for $400. Great deal for anyone who needs/values the filtration offered by full enclosure and hepa/carbon filter

A1 all day! I have used several brands and own a kobra 2 max. Anycubic is less than impressive. Also have a bambu and its insane quality right out of the box.

I've got E3P experience. This is nothing like the old E3P. Don't get me wrong, the E3P is amazing if your alternative is trying to get access to a Stratysus machine or something. The E3P can do impressive work but it takes a lot to do it.

In comparison to the E3P this is plug and play... and very fast p&p at that. No messing with bed leveling or z axis offsets. That is all fully automatic and reliable. While PEI build plates are nothing new now they are far nicer than the build plate that came with the E3P. Speed wise this is 5x or more faster in real terms. Not just the claimed numbers, the actual print times. The E3P 's simple blue screen is actually quite functional if you are fine with just loading files via the SD slot. But the screen on the 5M is much nicer to work with if a bit small. I would be happy if it were 50 larger so it's easier to poke at. I really like that it shows a preview of the files vs just the name.

All around this is a very nice, completely state of the art consumer grade 3D printer.

I got one a few months back during a similar sale. Absolutely love it. Prints have been consistently high quality. I use Bambu P1P settings for some unique filaments and they have been spot on. Highly recommend, especially for the price!
