This (my version is a few years old) and Joy of Cooking are the only two cookbooks I have. Made the Baked Ziti in this one just yesterday and it was amazing! Whole family came back for seconds. Smilie. Love it!!

Shrimp with garlicky eggplant is a sleeper. I have the 2018 version and reference this book weekly. Maybe time to get the latest hmm good deal, thanks for posting

Any point to getting this if you have the digital membership with America's Test Kitchen? I was going to get my wife the subscription too, and the book is kind of pointless if all the recipes are available online.

We updated our book a few months back to this one and thought they had cut a few recipes (pad see ew was missing). Turns out they renamed it to Thai Stir Fried Noodle. So just an FYI that some of the recipes may be switched around.
