Dell outlet has the refurbished 32 inch 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW3225QF for $799.99 - If you chat with sales agent they will bring it down to $580.

Sales agent assured me that they are actually returns but Dell can't sell them as brand new.

Beware, these only come with 90-day warranty and a 30-day free return.

They seem to be decent monitors, but we really don't know how long this current crop of OLEDS will take before they get burn in (not if, when). There are some videos showing what happens to some of these screens when left on for the past 9 months and they sound promising. I'm tempted, but I'm ultimately not comfortable saving a couple hundred at this moment on something that could theoretically become trash in 4 months. This monitor already reached around 600 with the newegg gift card deal last week, i would say hold for something better.
Wait when was it 600 new? That's wild

Good luck, it looks like there should be a very good deal on a Samsung g80 coming soon as well.
How do you know that? Rumor mill somewhere? Hopefully not EPP discount though. I don't have a way to get that discount.

Yeah I tried my hand and the lowest they would go for me was 603. How did you get it down to 580?
I started by telling the agent I want to buy it for $500 and I explained to him that I'm taking the risk here because of the 90 day warranty, I then asked him nicely to contact a supervisor since I know he is allowed to give a little discount.
The sales agent had to send it to a "pricing team" and I receive a quote of $580 a day later.

I get the reluctance, but the current sale price for one of these new is $900, down from $1200 at launch less than a year ago.No warranty is a bummer, but a 50% savings compared to the early adopters might be enough to say "hell with it" and eat the cost of a replacement later if need be.
That is exactly my thought process, I'm already paying 50%, if it goes bad I'll get another one and the odds of 2 having issues is pretty low.
My friend had the 34" QD-OLED for 2 years now and he told me if you run the pixel refresh every time the monitor asks for it then you won't have any issues.

Hmm after cross-shopping these and new, might just be better to go w/ the brand-new-in-box unit.

12% CB + 6% Dell Rewards + 10% email sign-up coupon (all listed are applicable for new units) - The difference is really only ~$160.

Maybe my math is off by it seems I and maybe many others would eat the $160 increase on a brand-new unit for a 3-year warranty vs. only 90-days.

The $160 only assumes you can even get it down to $580 price, vs. $600-$615 that others are getting which only makes it really a $140 - $125 difference in pricing...

I bought this new and kind of abuse it, run it on max brightness, don't take any anti-burn in measures, and have been using it for gaming and general productivity since about April. I do this knowing that I have the standard 3yr warranty.

I have a website that I use to show fullscreen color bars for calibration and check every now and again and haven't noticed any artifacts or signs of burn-in.

Overall, a kick-ass monitor. I was apprehensive about the curve but this thing is just about the best that you can get right now. I wouldn't hesitate at this price, I rarely keep monitors for 3 whole years without upgrading anyway.

I already have a 49" super ultra wide OLED and a portrait mode 34" ultrawide OLED on my setup. What it's missing is a 16:9 standard aspect ratio OLED, dare I add a third OLED so I can utilize all 3 DP connections and still run the HDMI to my 77" OLED? It sounds so tempting. Edit: nah, I wanna do it but I will wait till I can just get an open box deal at Best Buy then add their geek squad warranty.

Hmmm for $160, I'll get brand new. How do you get the 12% CB?
