I have several of similar bottles. I just put them in the dishwasher and it's fine mostly. But I learned a trick recently that's working good. I get a wash cloth. Put it inside with some soap and maybe 1/4 full hot water and close the lid and swish it back and forth so the cloth slides up and down the sides evenly. And then rinse it out. Been working good
Dont put dairy liquids or smoothies (fruit/vegetables). They're fine. Buy the proper scrubber. you need some kitchen sink skills.. never too late to learn.
I use a bottle brush deep enough to clean the depth of the bottle. I add a teaspoon of baking soda, a drop of Dawn, brush all the interior and exterior, shake until bubbly and rinse out with water, dry it, done.
