You're overthinking it, says it's the Visible+ Annual plan which is $395/year taxes and fees included so you're basically getting the iPhone 13 for free.

If you're on visible and looking to quickly port out and back in, Ultra worked relatively easy for me. Their cheapest plan is $15 and the service switched over using an esim within 5 minutes.

To port out of Ultra, you can hop on their chat and ask for your account number and pin.

My deal;

$15 vis port out

$465 1 yr Visible service + tax
-$60 R
-$35 Chase
=========
$385 / $32.08 per month

I was paying $20 a month previously for the basic visible service so it works out to an extra $12.08 per month ($144.96 for the yr) for the phone.

I got the Metro 25 a month plan, but they have dead spots and when it's dead it's dead I can't even use the phone.

Thinking about this honestly and also to save some money.

Wrong. I got the straight talk phone over this.

I've used Visible in the past and it was not as good as I thought. I am keeping my main service (ATT / T-Mobile) and only want to get the phone.

As a past Visible / even Verizon pre-paid customer, I'm not going to be using this. The Straight Talk deal is much better for me.

Earlier this year. Prior to that I had Verizon Prepaid. Prior to that I had Verizon post-paid business line. All were not good in the areas I frequented. Verizon tower congestion is pretty bad, vs ATT / T-mobile.
