You're overthinking it, says it's the Visible+ Annual plan which is $395/year taxes and fees included so you're basically getting the iPhone 13 for free.

Want a iphone but got a S24 ultra so if I get this I have to activate it and then try to sell it. I'm seeing prices of around 350 mint on SA.

I don't know if it's worth it, I have Metro and I need hotspot and I don't have that but the hassle as well as slower speeds with better signal.

I had an account with Visible so I ported from Visible to Ultra and then back to Visible again with the new phone. Total time was about 6 hours. A new number should be similar.
