You're overthinking it, says it's the Visible+ Annual plan which is $395/year taxes and fees included so you're basically getting the iPhone 13 for free.

Is there a customer service line I can call? I can't duplicate that deal. Right when I'm about to pay, it's not $395. It's shows the cost of phone and $395. I'm doing something wrong. I did use promo.

FYI you are not suppose to pay sale tax for a FREE phone. I got $53 sale tax when I initial checkout, then I close checkout page, went back to shopping cart and click check out again, then sale tax became 0.

Yes the list I posted was a link that comes up when you're signing up that says only certain carriers are eligible for their port in promotions. That was the list of eligible carriers.
