For some reason, this took a little bit of work. I've had two previous accounts that I've been canceled, but I wouldn't give me the offer so I had to use an alternate email address and alternate credit card as well to get the offer to work.

The CEO just let slip on an earnings call that Disney makes more profit on the ad-supported version so the ad-free price was increased to drive people to the ad-supported version.

I can't believe some people complain about some ads. It is only 99 cents per month and Hulu has a lot of solid content worthy to watch. I have 3 other main streaming sites too and I have been using Hulu more than them. I got rid of Netflix long time ago and don't have any interest in them. I watch OTA television so I guess that I am used to commercials that seeing some ads don't bother me.

You have to use a new email address and method of payment if you canceled recently I just cancelled Nov 20 when my deal from last year was up. But it finally worked
