For some reason, this took a little bit of work. I've had two previous accounts that I've been canceled, but I wouldn't give me the offer so I had to use an alternate email address and alternate credit card as well to get the offer to work.

The CEO just let slip on an earnings call that Disney makes more profit on the ad-supported version so the ad-free price was increased to drive people to the ad-supported version.

Keep getting request could not be completed.

Changed credit card to fix issue guess you can't use previous used cards?

It won't let me with a new email because I used same PayPal as last year. OK Hulu, I'll keep my money. You have the worst streaming service anyways

It's the annual switching between the two Hulu account tradition

Last year's account expired on 11/20 and is not eligible for this offer for me. So I used last-last years long expired account and I can sign up for this offer.

My subscription from last years $2.99 deal expired today. I could not get the deal on the current account. To get this deal I had to cancel my current subscription and go back to a previous email that used a year ago. Same credit card worked for me.

In the past I have only ever done the Hulu deal, but I might combine it with Disney for 2.99/month. For anyone that has done the combo before, is it possible to cancel the D+ sub a few months in and still hold onto the $1/month Hulu deal, or does it live and die by the package?
