For some reason, this took a little bit of work. I've had two previous accounts that I've been canceled, but I wouldn't give me the offer so I had to use an alternate email address and alternate credit card as well to get the offer to work.

The CEO just let slip on an earnings call that Disney makes more profit on the ad-supported version so the ad-free price was increased to drive people to the ad-supported version.

Did you try using a new alias entirely for your Gmail account (+hulutwo)? That worked for me. It is better than making an entirely new email account at least.
I alternate between two emails as well...with different payment methods for each just in case. It has worked for several years.

Created a new account and clicked the link. Did the Disney+ plan and was going through PayPal checkout. Everything kept saying $2.99, I clicked submit and received a pop-up saying " you aren't eligible for this promotion". It then billed me $10.99. Guess I'll need to do a charge back
Mine lets me click the deal, but then says "due today $9.99".

Copy the link, then open an Ingognito window (Ctrl/Shift N), then paste that link and go. Use a different email address (and possibly a different credit card).

For those having issues with your old Hulu accounts (like me) use this GMA link or just Google Hulu gma black Friday deal.

Anyone getting an error when trying to use a Privacy.com virtual credit card?

I get this error repeatedly:
Quote :
We are unable to process your payment method. Please check your payment information or contact your card issuer to enjoy Hulu.
I use Privacy (https://privacy.com) to create a virtual credit cards for everything online. I've used Privacy for Hulu for 4 years (different virtual card each year) without issue.
Privacy doesn't show any transaction declines, so it seems this is related to Hulu's billing system. I hope they didn't start blocking new virtual credit cards.

I got the H&D package. How do I know if I got the Disney+ package when I go onto the Hulu app?

I have a $25 Hulu GC but I don't see a place to enter the information. Do I add it to my account first? TY for your help.

The old model was they made nothing from consumers and it was all from advertisers (OTA). They also didn't get any real data (other than Nielsen surveys) back then. Now, they get a pile of data they can sell/use...and we pay for them to get it.
Exactly, it's the trifecta. We pay them money, they sell our data, and they sell ad space. It's pretty brilliant from a business standpoint.

At least the movies and shows are good Smilie

Thanks, your option worked for me. I had tried several times with new email and payment prior to reading this.

Not sure, but I also think some people may not be using the OP link.

I tried this and everything else and while I see the $.99 deal because my account expired earlier this month it says "You are ineligible for one or more free trials and/or discounts
Please review your adjusted charges below"

Oh well, I guess I'll just use the other account I've been rotating with...!

I had to follow others' advice and use an incognito window AND use a new email. I had 3 old Hulu addresses I had used and none would work. Now it works so worth it for me. Thanks SDers!

I got it to work by opening an incognito window in Chrome and using a different email. It would not work otherwise. I even cleared cookies and yet it still knew somehow??
