There it is, an annual tradition like no other.
this is the normal price for their terrible service. the Ad serving tech on my Roku never works right and keeps me watching them over and over.

1. Had to create a new HULU account; the opening page states: $0.99
Will it have the add-on's for Disney & Starz…after that payment?

2. Logging into D+'s previous account, it states: Get 12 months of Duo Basic for $2.99/month.
Will that site offer Starz add-on?

I couldn't get the starz deal because when you get the disney duo basic, its managed through mydisney and so when i sign into hulu, it says since my subscription is not through them but through mydisney then it charges me 10.99/month. Unless someone else has a workaround.

I am tempted to get another hulu .99/month deal and add starz since it will be $44 for the year

Canceled my subscription and it says it will be canceled on the 28th. So I still can't see this deal.

Update:
Opened new account/email address/credit card and it worked.
This is the way…

For anyone with DMI points to burn, I was able to redeem a $30 Disney plus gift card for 2,800ish points and apply it to my account after claiming this $2.99 deal. It will use up this gift card and then charge my CC when it runs out.

You can pick the Premium plus when you sign up with the promo code, it'll show $80 instead of $140 (after using promo code - realdeal)

So pick Premium Plus annual (says $140) then on that page asking for billing info - enter the promo code realdeal and it should show $79.99.
Cool thanks!

Lmk when non ads deal is around. The older I get less I wanna watch 20 to 30% of a tv episodes as ads. I prefer my 20 mins per episode of ads time back.

Then why thread crap? Don't like Hulu then why come in a Hulu thread?
I think everyone posting about this deal likes Hulu, if they're like me then they're reading the comments hoping someone has a trick for getting a discounted ad-free plan.
Some years I pick up the black friday deal, other years I just don't have it in me to sit through the ads and only go for an ad-free plan for a month or two.

weird - hulu wouldnt let me sign up with either of my emails, so I clicked on the disney link, and was able to sign up there with the email I used last year.

Actually, I just checked, and hulu still says I'm not subscribed, but I got charged the $2.99 plus tax.
Well I think a lot of the items on Hulu are accessible via Disney plus app now. At least I see a lot of overlap.

Have had Hulu for a day, and it's insanely horrible with the ads. The ad breaks are 2 minutes long every 10 minutes lol. Also I can't find Disney anywhere on the app
Disney plus is a separate app. A lot of the Hulu content is actually accessible via the Disney plus app.

Did the HULU, Disney+, MAX no adds bundle. Also added STARZ for $1 for 12 months.

Was a pain to combine accounts, cancel accounts, setup new accounts but done now. Have to reactivate on TVs again. In the end saving us money so worth it.
