Abused the shit out of my last one to clean the grout lines in my shower. Grout rake didnt help at all.

You can tell by the lack of bottle opener.
You would be shocked how much paint can be taken off a roller cover using this thing, making washing much easier (if you use high quality roller covers that are worth washing).

Also they email me frequently with $10 off $50 and $25 off $100 Sherwin Pro coupons which stack with my regular -15% discount on supplies
For our rentals we just use the cheapest paint though. Property Solutions... $13/gal flat, $14 egshell, $15 semi. You literally can't get anything cheaper than that paint anywhere, not even Behr's i300/i100 commercial paint with ProX negotiated volume pricing
