Sometimes they have orders flagged by "Manual Review" where you have to send them an email. Don't know what causes it but have seen it mentioned before on SD and Reddit - I think that's pretty rare though?

GamersGate is on the list, so this is definitely safe.
That being said, GameBillet.com [gamebillet.com] has the game for $17.39, the lowest price it has ever been in the history of being listed. Personally, I opted for Fanatical [fanatical.com] as I shop there often and almost always have a 5% coupon off my next purchase in my inbox. Fanatical purchase came to $16.85 plus a free spin for their Black Friday deals (I got $1 off my next purchase).
