This isn't a bad price, it just hurts that the Powercolor 7900 XTX that was on sale for $769 is OOS. Though rumors from a Powercolor insider suggest there will be more stock available later this week...
Regardless, if this is the card you want this seems to be the lowest it's been recently.

There is a Reddit user who works for Powercolor, he mods the Powercolor subreddit and posts frequently in the "BuildaPCSales" subreddit, he mentioned this.

Do not buy Asrock GPUs for more than $450, the risk ain't worth it. Only 1 year warranty which should be a crime.

I've heard (don't believe me) this is probably the best model for the 7900 xtx series...

I would rather spend less than $700 to make upgrading from my 6950 XT worthwhile. With that said, I'm sure my remark may seem unrealistic, but I'm just wishful thinking...

I have the $764 one ordered and it says it won't ship until mid December. They don't have the stock to list it again. I could see other models going on sale for cheaper. Maybe Best Buy for $800 or something since it seems like they always have 7900xtx in stock.

The best 7900xtx is the Sapphire Nitro+ Vapor X but I would grab the Powercolor for $760 with no regrets in a heartbeat. I think I've seen the Sapphire drop to the high $900s only a few times. That $200-$300 savings can be better spent trying to hunt down a 9800x3d at msrp.

Is the powercolor better than this model? Been eyeing the Taichi for a while, but people kept bringing up hot spots

I don't know that it's better or worse, but Amazon does currently have a restock on the Powercolor Spectral XTX for $820 right now...

Sadly, they are not the only ones. It depends on the make and model. But some credit cards will extend these warranties up to 3 years combined. See if yours does the same.

The Taichi and the Nitro+ have the best balance of overclocking headroom, cooling and noise levels. Right now the XFX 310 is only $819 on Amazon, but I have returned too many of the lower models to bother getting another XFX. ymmv
