From their FAQ regarding returns:
"Unfortunately, refurbished machines and machines identified as final sale cannot be returned and are final sale."

Also Dyson got this through Walmart at this same price with 30 day returns.

A lot of us are on this site because we are smart buyers who appreciate value. I like the details before I make a purchase. This is an important detail. A warranty from the manufacturer to me has more value than a third party one but that's a personal preference.

it is 6 month warranty through dyson vs 2 years through ebay. And from what I read, all-state claims are easy. Just claim it and they send a replacement (often new). Haven't tried it yet for dyson specifically but had a good experience for some headphones.
