I agree.

For the money, it is a decent starter or second set for someone. I wish it came with a few wrenches instead of some of the smaller bits.

Picked this up last year for 40 to throw in my truck and have used it a couple times. Ratchets seem reasonably built and some of the bits and allen keys came in handy pulling apart my dash one time. Not a bad little tool set even at 50.

If you are going into the store to purchase this, check the clearance section and basket bin. Tractor Supply had a tool reset about 1-3 months ago, and they might still have those smaller sizes on clearance.
Another thing to do is if your local store is going thru a Fusion I have seen stores do 75% off marked clearance price.

That's a great assortment for home, garage or portable. I assume the quality is middle of the road, i.e., they probably wouldn't stand up to harsh use, but for any normal homeowner or prosumer tasks, absolutely fine.

I would rate them on a level of Pittsburgh Tools.

Which fits my description.

I have plenty of Pittsburgh stuff. Most of it is perfectly good quality. Some of the very early stuff was bad. I had a slip wrench plier that lost it's groove, so to speak. It was at least ten years old at the time (ten years ago), and had been mightily abused. Walked into the store with it, the HF manager handed me a replacement of the newest version of the same tool, which is better made. Lifetime replacement. No questions asked.

Tractor Supply has a very decent Ratchet set with screwdriver tips and 4 sets allens keys. Ratchet set is of 72T design.

Could you explain what a "Fusion" is referring to?

Some TS are going through a rebuild and remodel so they are "Fusion stores" it's just a company term for remodeling.

Also if your local store is sold out of the set ask a Team Lead or Manager to see if it's on the Raincheck SKU list. Seems like the majority of their sales this week are on it.
