FYI, I bought a "refurbished" 1st gen Pixel Watch from this same seller earlier this year. Turned out to be a display unit with reduced ram and storage. They offered free returns back then so I took advantage of that.

I'm confused, if the seller pays for the return shipping what's the issue? Doesn't that mean free returns for the buyer?

This was an issue with 1st gen watches, but I haven't heard about any 2nd/3rd gen ones yet.
I believe the issue was that some sellers were selling used/refurbished 1st gen Pixel watches that were actually intended for testing prior to the release, and have very limited ram/storage and will run much worse (and at some point fail to continue working as newer updates use more ram.

Definitely a valid issue and worth checking, but I think it was limited to first gen.



I still have a 1st gen pixel watch and it surprisingly holds up even on the latest watch OS, so a 2nd gen at this price is a nice deal.. while the 3rd gen is out, the earlier ones seem to work better on the latest version than earlier OS's
