I got all my VISA GCs ( $125 + $75 ) + the JBL Go 4 BT speaker as promised. No issues. Signed up recently too. ( 2 months )

I am supposed to get 200 for online purchase , 75$ back to school offer and then a GOJBL code speaker. But att gave only 80$ and 75$ and said your account doesn't qualify for anything more. It's a pain to talk to them .

How long after enrollment did you get the rewards? How did you get them (post, email, ???)

They came in staggered, in regular ( snail ) mail. The first one arrived about 2 weeks after service started, the 2nd one about a month later, and the JBL speaker took another month. So, all said, I had received all promised rewards within 3 months of activation. And, I didn't have to call or chat'em to follow up.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. I have an question about getting ATT Fiber, for those who have signed up, is there a modem fee and installation fee? Thank you!

I am looking now and I am told no modem fee, but the people I called on the AT&T pages are some 3rd party sales outsourced call center and they are sharks and high pressure, not sure about this number.

Not sure why but I had pings in the 5-10ms range when I had AT&T Fiber (which is honestly still pretty fantastic) but now I rarely get over 2ms with GFiber.

There isn't any additional fees. It's all wrapped under one charge, thanks to CFPB efforts. ATT got rid of those fees.

I was just charged a $99 install fee. Is that the one charge you mentioned? I did ask for an install to come on site so that is perhaps why?
