I recently bought the 500 series last week. The 10 percent is when you add it to the cart. The install rebate is weird. If you order online you have to order and schedule install separately through your local store. Rebate isnt for 100 percent of the install either and only a lowes gift card.

I ordered online and installed myself. First time installing one and it was really easy. Double check your cutouts, especially the height. I didnt select the haul away option for $50 but the delivery company took my old one anyways.

Also, after further research, Model SHP78CF5N has a Standard 3rd Rack and inset pull, where the Model SHX78CM5N has the Flexible 3rd Rack and pull bar for opening.

I actually ended up buying the Series 500 Model SHP65CM5N, which has the Flexible 3rd Rack and the pop open drying for $889.19 (plus tax less CB). This one also had 10% off the sale price once added to cart.

Yeah, you bought a 500 series. These are the 800 series.

Having issues completing a purchase of this on lowes.com. From my shopping cart I enter my payment and address info, continue, and it brings me back to a login screen. If I login my cart is emptied, and I start over, only to end up in the same place.

Although this deal is expired, I somehow go to Lowes website and got it for $970. I compared it to a bunch of other stores on 11/29/24 and everyone had it for $1164. I bought it immediately!
