Maximum allowable is 100 Wh (Watt hours). Watts is calculated by multiplying voltage by amps. Without knowing the exact chemistry of the battery let's assume worst case scenario that it is a LiPo, then nominal voltage is 3.7 volts. The amperage is 24,000 miliamps or 24 amps so the Watt hours at full capacity would be 24x3.7 which is 88.8 Wh. This falls under the max allowable by TSA. The highest mAh powerbank size allowable by TSA if using LiPo batteries would be 27,000 mAh. If using LiFePo then the max mAh would be 31,200. Hope that helps

Thanks! It is helpful. I ended up with the 20k Magfi usb c Anker with 30W. Most times we dont vacation with laptop and if we do, the small Dell would work fine with 30W.
