Right now it's $2.99 for Hulu+Disney, and 99 for STARZ, so only $3.98 - not even close yet.
Some AMEX cards have a monthly $7 rebate on $9.99 in Disney/Hulu spend.

Don't even really want STARZ though. I've had it before on a slickdeal and basically watched nothing they had.

FWIW, I just signed up for the $2.99 Hulu and Disney+ bundle yesterday and was able to add the Starz 99¢ add-on this morning.
I tried account manage. Also tried the slickdeals link, (it flashed something and goes to hulu home page.).

FOUND IT: When logged into Hulu, just had to go to the very bottom of the page and click on the Starz link there
