Some AMEX cards have a monthly $7 rebate on $9.99 in Disney/Hulu spend.

I get all these free : Pluto TV, Sling TV, Tubi, Samsung TV(if you have their TV or their phone) and Netflix with ad is free because I have a Tmobile account.
What am I missing with this Hulu offer? I know its only 99 cents.

Only way I could make it happen was a max add on, and max without Hulu has a black Friday deal that is better.
So I'm at 2.99 with Hulu+Disney. Starz isn't worth 99¢ to me.
So what am I doing wrong?
I should point out that I had an account with Starz over a year ago, using my primary email, and when I signed up with Hulu today, I used the same account. Does that mess this up? There doesn't appear to be anywhere to "merge" the accounts in the sense of letting Starz know that I'm already subscribed via Hulu. Do I have to always watch Starz from the Hulu app or page?
...Ok, turns out that I can watch Starz programs, but only from the Hulu app or page, which is weird since you'd think they'd integrate their data, but not a big deal. Thing is, on one of our TVs we only have an Air TV media stick, which doesn't have a Hulu app for some reason, but does have a Starz app. So is there any way to have it know that you have Starz through Hulu? Is there a CS # I could call to fix this?
Ive got a Student Spotify account that includes Hulu free, and for some reason they don't want to add Starz to that. Lol. Sure, they're happy to have me cancel my Spotify perk and sign up to be billed directly, but that doesn't make a lot of sense.

Hulu says: "You aren't billed by Hulu
You are currently being billed by a third-party partner. In order to make this purchase, you will need a Hulu subscription billed through Hulu."
I signed up via Hulu and was able to click the link and add it to my Duo bundle.
