I'm still paying for an Alienware laptop I bought in Nov 2022. Upon receiving it, it blue screened over and over then refused to turn on - so instead of returning it, Dell talked me into sending it back for repairs promising they would fix it or replace it. I never received any laptop back.
Dell CS is useless and would do nothing about it. If you bought the product using their bank, Comenity, you are SOL.
Comenity promised on several occasions that my account would be cleared and to not make further payments, so I did as instructed. Comenity and Dell single handedly ruined my credit through lying tactics and fake promises.
