No experience with this chair but the past two massage chairs I purchased required only the leg extension part to be attached. It is a cotterpin type of installation. 15 mins for the inexperienced. 2 mins for the experienced. Is that worth $300 to you? I hope that helps.

Any idea where I can test some of these chairs before buying in Houston TX? I'm 6'4 and worried if I'll fit. Ideally I really want one that can stretch the lower back as I've had back problems in the past TIA

Yeah people come to pickup all the time, our guys will help load up on the truck. But if you live in 60mile radius from carrollton, just go with standardSmilie Our in-house delivery guys are really good at it. but if trying to make it fast pickup will be the fastest. just call us and let us know when you will be coming, a day prior would be great. not able to do it right there and then.
