These are a tasty dessert, but the claim of "nutritious" from the vendor is 100% a lie.
- 6 grams added sugar per (small) serving
- 2 grams protein
- 1 gram fiber

And though low-carb diets are overrated, don't think that these are even remotely low-carb; 18g per serving.

Again, you want dessert? These are tasty & cheap, go for 'em! Just don't fall for the "healthy!" bullshit.

These are way healthier than almost any dessert or sweet treat you will find. While not perfect, I feel this is misleading as it's a huge improvement. If this is your dessert, you're eating healthier than 90% of Americans

Your comment is a bit pessimistic. Coconut sugar is moderately glycemic and an improvement over refined sugars for blood sugar levels. It's a 6g of sugar to 30g serving which I think is a fair ratio for a sweet snack. The fats are from seeds and nut flour which can be satiating and healthy. It also isn't a highly processed food which is important given the new data on ultra processed foods found in these snack isles. I use these as a replacement for teddy grahams and other sweet cookies in my kids lunchboxes.
