Carry on appears to be slightly larger than most domestic size.
I carried on the most strict airlines in asia and it was fine. That being said the handles on these break way too easily. My carry on handles broke on both sides.
Bought the 3-piece Amazon Basics luggage a couple years ago, just like this set. Within 5 uses at the airport, the top handle on the two larger bags broke.
