Another fantastic deal. This machine can do it all, and the 400w panel is basically a bonus as things tied with its best price ever just the machine alone.

I have had issues with returns with them.
They kept sending me labels that were not valid, and then they offered a partial refund without returning.

This is about the same as the costco deal from a $ / kwh perspective. Main difference is the solar panel vs hub

The Costco deal is a good deal, but you would have to buy two which is a big investment for many people, with the outbound power deal you can buy one to get started, also the site doesn't seem to charge sales tax iirc.

I've read they have terrible customer service when they break down. Any truth to that? Looking for actual user experience and not paid reviews.

That's NOT an authorized reseller, so Ecoflow won't honor warranty in case of any issues

I have a feeling that not buying from an "authorized retailer" doesn't automatically allow them to disregard the warranty. I feel like there have been LG tv threads that have said as much. They can say it, but legally, they would be on the losing end if someone pressed the issue.

So their authorized dealer claim in their site is false?
