"I have one, and the fan loudness is fixable. For some reason the BIOS setting has the case fans going at max speed all the time, so I just went in to the settings and set up a curve. Once I did that it's much quieter now."

What does it mean 'solid'.. does it mean when compare to other pc it's loud but not as loud as when it originally came?
I am bit worried about this as I plan to work my pc hard. Does it mean when fan is on hard, it's louder than other pc which is equip'd similiar?

Solid as in resolved and no longer an issue.
Odds are it will ship with the fans set to run high, and you can fix that with the bios update.
The bios are the initial default settings. Among them is the fan settings when the system is idling. The issue is the value is higher than it should be. You can lower the value once you update the bios which will make the system quieter while not under load.
If you don't understand the above, don't buy this. You won't be able to handle working with a desktop if you're this easily tripped up.

I used to build my own PC and since this is fan cooled, I can probably swap the CPU on my own.

Edit: for those unfamiliar with this, optimizing the fans is an actual function option while in BIOS. YouTube your way into BIOS and you'll eventually find an option to do this. The system will run the fans at different speed to "optimize" them under different loads. Doing this fixed the problem I was having, which seemed to be some sort of disconnect between my fans and the rest of the unit. I had to learn all this by trial and error to avoid returning the PC.
