IF you're set on having a full set of Copper Core, then this is certainly a HUGE set and a very good price for all that you get, but wow that's a lot of heavy cookware (I've never seen a set with a 6-quart saute pan -- that one alone sells for $260, and weighs as much as a cast iron skillet -- nearly 8 pounds).

I personally would choose the 12-piece D3 set which is a best-price-ever at $550 and includes the useful and versatile steamer insert. More importantly, I wouldn't want my whole set to be heavy Copper Core -- UNLESS you just want it for the beauty and appearance. That's of course a personal choice.
