It looks like this laptop does NOT have a touch screen.
16" WUXGA (1920 x 1200), IPS, Anti-Glare, Non-Touch, 45%NTSC, 300 nits, 60Hz [lenovo.com]

EDIT: Nevermind. That same page also lists at the top that this laptop DOES have a touch screen.

The display is sharp but not color accurate, which may bother some who do photo or video editing.

Also return policy states that no return after opening the packaging.

All in all great deal for a very good machine.

Lack of thunderbolt/usb4 kills it for me. HDMI 1.4 is also unfortunate for otherwise solid specs.

If it is for productivity, the intel 125U yoga is for $500 at bestbuy.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I'm still seeing this as available. This model 83DD0007US is confirmed to have RAM soldered in its only slot, so no RAM upgrade available for this model.

There may be some conflicting info out there as other models of ideapad slim 5, such as the 14" are RAM upgradeable. THIS MODEL CAN NOT HAVE ITS RAM UPGRADED. However, 16gb is acceptable for most users, and this is still a good deal for those who don't require more than 16gb.

Finally a cheap laptop with Zen 4 Architecture. A lot better than those Zen 2, 2.5 or 3 or 3.5 that are onsale.

Is this deal better than ideapad Slim 3 16GB 512GB Ryzen 7 deal at office depot for $400?

This deal is still available and I'm sorely tempted - anyone else have any opinions about this?
