4K 60hz (this receiver's capabilities) technically is HDMI 2.1. Actually, to be unfair, nothing can be labeled HDMI 2.0 anymore. So make sure you read your specs (and know what they are).

Thio Joe on YouTube explains this very well in simple terms for those wondering.

Probably not. I'd try to get something that was $1000 or more to power 4 ohm speakers.

The RZ50 would have been fine but it specifically suffers from a "limp mode" on low impedance speakers. See Amir's review here:

The 3800 should be fine as I'm running Martin Logan's on my 3800!
