Creality has done a pretty good job with customer service on my orders despite the apparent huge demand. That said this is somewhat self inflicted by opening up orders when preorder backers are still getting fulfilled

Phone and computer app-wise, it's arguably worse. Initial reviews I've read indicate that the K2 is worse with purging waste when doing multicolor prints than Bambu. And the Bambu is terrible at purging waste. 😆
Bigger build volume
CFS has huge improvements compared to AMS, better handling of filament, with less wear and tear. Easier maintenance.
According to many reviews, one of the most detailed reviews from Aurora Tech, who previously highly recommended Bambu printers came to conclusion and K2 is not only 15-20% faster than Bambu the print quality is virtually indisqible.
Nothing wrong with Creality Print 5.1, print 5.1 is based on the same open source software Prusa Slicer and Orca Slicer as Bambu Slicer.
Previous print 4.0 was based on Cura, it had plenty of issues, those times are long gone.

Note: the coupon code that it uses is a many vendor wide BFCM code that expires Dec 2 at 11:59pm. I'm sure that code will no longer work past then, but there's a chance Creality will reintroduce the same coupon discount at a later time.
