Hmmm when I search SD, the V10 refurbished mostly show up at $220-280 without the 2 year warranty. If you've been seeing it at $200 with a 2 year warranty, why haven't you posted it?
These are all year round prices (I have been tracking them) for refurbished Dysons
Also same prices as last year.
Which they give some actual black friday discounts

generally you prefer a version of whatever model you choose with a fuzzy head, which also self propels a bit and is a pleasure on hardwoods. I prefer 12 because of overall light weight and laser head but it is more money. https://www.ebay.com/itm/276637788522
A laser fuzzy head is 1xx$ by itself, they always charge more for those heads.
Also consider something like the dreame v13 wet dry vacuum on black friday prices, for all hard floor use cases
Same price on Dyson's official website for more cb opportunity. V10 animal seems to come with the same tools (eBay doesn't list charger being included so not sure) but v11 on eBay comes with the Hair Screw Tool but not from Dyson's website.

So none of these cheaper ones are good for hardwood floors?

Need one for a family member who wants a cordless stick vacuum. Very small 2bdrm apartment. Hard wood floors with one area rug. No pets. Type of person who still vacuums every couple of days because the dust drives them crazy.
I think the Outsize Plus seems like it's probably inconveniently large. But then D8/D11 (or something else from somewhere else?) is where I think I'm stuck.
I'm leaning refurb directly from Dyson for the stacking opportunity, but open to other suggestions. I really don't know these vacs and I'm hoping someone who does can help.
In for the V10 animal! Thanks for posting this - my brother bought this exact one (ebay / official dyson store / v10 animal) for $290 2 years ago. $200 is great! Thank you

v8 absolute including fluffy

here is what appears to be official v10 fluffy head at walmart. There are cheap knockoffs at aliexpress you can gamble with.

Great. I have the v11. Wood and hardwood. Great vacuum and the battery life is good as long as you use it normal.

Trying to decide between:
D8 Absolute (refurbed $230)
D11 Torque Drive+ (refurbed $280)
Refurb Outsize Plus (refurbed $310)
