Good ladder, with a good price. Ladder prices have gone insane since 2020. Heavier duty than a homeowner typically requires, but I wouldn't settle for less, as a contractor. Gonna be more stout than the typical BF-deal blue/green ladders, but also weigh a little more.

Looking for a 12 foot to hang Xmas lights. Have an 8 footer and gave the 6 to my parents. But $300 for holiday lights is a stretch

Why not use this for around $95 for the 12-ft lights? https://www.lowes.com/pd/Little-G...1000643965 (I actually don't know enough about ladders to know the difference)

Thanks, Home Depot were out of stock on Friday. I ordered similar ones for the same price from Menard's. However Menard's is over an hour away and homedepot is 25min. So I canceled and ordered from Home Depot.
