What happens if you send in the band and the charger. Since I got an off brand from amazon I'm just afraid it won't power on when they receive it. Though it's for any condition so they should accept it.
No problem. Just that some may want to keep those extras.

My order from 11/29 still says "label created" as of today 12/05. Samsung site says estimated delivery is 12/05. So I'm in the same boat. Will contact Samsung tomorrow to see what they say.
Same. I thought it actually shipped but it only shows label created. Their chat feature was useless.

Has anyone who bought this and plan to use it as trade-in for the Galaxy Watch 7 40mm for $2.60? Is it a good idea to trade-in a NEW watch 6 44mm for a watch 7 40mm?
I compared the watches on samsung website and seems watch 7 40 mm has a better processor, more storage, may be AI features but the watch 6 44mm has a bigger battery compared to watch 7 40mm. Anything else I am missing?
In the past, I may be wrong, I thought you had to own a watch for a certain time before it could be traded in. I think it was at least a month.

Samsung email from Nov 29th says package shipped and left their warehouse and has FedEx tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday as per that email. But FedEx tracking still says "label created". Have to talk to customer care. Also, I have a watch 7 best buy pickup order (ordered from Samsung website )for which I have to trade-in this watch 6. Will Samsung extend deadline of pickup?
Same here. Support was useless

I have an old Moto 360 watch sitting for many years. The battery charges but doesn't hold the charge much...I charged, powered off and tried to turn on next day, it wouldn't as the battery drained out. So, I assume they would not accept it as a trade in?

Anyone know how long they typically take to review the trade in once they receive it?

How do you track the trade in after sending it beyond the FedEx tracking?

I'm in the same boat as others (FedEx label created, but no further info). I was supposed to receive mine on Dec 5th. I'm chatting with a live agent (again). They told me they'd extend my trade-in deadline untill 12/24/24 (God knows when, but at least I'm covered if it doesn't arrive by the original ship-by deadline of Dec 17th)

I'll update this post with further details.....

What happens if we don't send in the watch to trade? The watch won't work with my in-law's Honor 80 Pro phone. Feeling a bit too lazy to go through the return process.

I ordered the gold 40mm Galaxy Watch6 about a month ago and got it recently. I'm pretty sure I selected the only options available at the time, which was for the sport cream band. I didn't think about it at the time, but they also included "Galaxy Watch D-Buckle Hybrid Eco-Leather Band, S/M, Cream" item in my order with no charge. I thought that the bands came separately or something, and this came as a separate item along with the watch. But I've read that the watches do actually come with a band inside, so now I'm trying to figure out which band comes inside the box, as there isn't an easy way to tell from the box itself and in my order. I just says that I ordered a gold 40mm Watch6.

The model number for the one I have is SM-R930NZEDXAA, which Gemini is telling me includes the hybrid cream band. And there's a slightly different SKU of SM-R930NZEAXAA that has the sports cream band. So I'm wondering if I have a watch with two of the same bands. I can't open it because it's supposed to be a gift.

I will be sending Amazfit after factory reset and fully charging it. Should I turn it off before mailing so that it retains charge and turns on when they review it?
