The DiscoverIt card finally has value this quarter for those that also have Target and Prime 5% cards. (Amazon & Target are Q4 5% categories.)
Edit: I did a chat on discover.com and asked if I could get a retention offer since I was considering cancelling and immediately got offered a bonus 3% extra Cashback for three months effective the next day. Worth a shot to get 8% CB with your Discover card instead of 5!
Thank you! So it's Chase "Freedom and Freedom Flex® cardmembers"NOT Chase Amazon Prime as those who keep mentioning the Chase Prime card/misleading others. https://www.chase.com/personal/cr...rds/amazon
Purchase up to $500 in gift cards and save 10% with a free Target circle membership. Gift cards can be used to purchase any movie, including as movies go on sale.

Yes thank you. I felt like a sucker for a moment for using my citi double cashback card
Any good general purchases at Target that can blow through these gcs? It was a no brainer when our kids were babies getting diapers/wipes/formulas, kids are bigger now and their wipes went to shit. We do the prepaid offer every year through them for ATT 300/12mo deal but you can't buy prepaid w gift cards.
I mean… that's where the wipes are supposed to go, amirite :-P
Speaking of wipes, they have the best pricing on Charmin that I've found - when it's on sale/promo where they give a gift card for buying 2 packages.
It's frequent enough that we pretty much always get a discount and never worry about running out. We're basically buying in bulk, and it's a better deal than buying from Costco.
We're currently buying plenty of diapers so it's a good deal for us.
Milk, basic houseware things like laundry baskets & organizing bins, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and often HE laundry soap (on sale) tend to be among the best deals we get regularly.
Btw I switched to Mint mobile and we love it. They're doing a sale right now where unlimited is same price as the cheapest plan for 3 months, and if adding a line to family plan it keeps that price for 2 years.
You can test it for free on an e-sim if you're concerned about coverage - it's on the T-mobile network which is now better than AT&T and Verizon at least in Texas.
Will it be risky to buy physical card and mail to me?
I would like to buy some physical cards for Christmas presents.
Yes, very risky.
Gift cards get ripped off allllllll the time.
I would only do this with digital gift cards and apply to my own Target account right away.
If you really wanna give physical Target gift cards to others, I would highly highly recommend only buying them in person at a store, keep all receipts, and try to give them to recipients as soon as possible.
