Does anyone know how this system works if the rear speakers aren't used? I'd like to give this a try but I'm not convinced the rear speakers are going to work for me. Will the audio be messed up or will the system account for them being disconnected? TIA!

Ive got the 990C and used it for a while without the rear speakers and it was fine.

If the main 990d soundbar breaks down can the rears and the sub still work independently like how the sonos can be reconfigured to work?

You're probably thinking of the Q990C. This is the Q990D and I've never seen it go that low.

Can the rears and sub without the 990 bar be connected via bluetooth or wired to a pc or tv to make it work if the 990 bar broke? Just wondering if the bar breaks down is the whole system useless.
