This isn't a terrible price. Camelcamelcamel has the lowest price ever at $28 and that was back in 2018. This looks like a good sea to me.

Yeah, but it is 2018 technology... lights have improved a bunch on the milwaukee line -- still waiting for DeWalt to catch up.

160 lumens. Would buy if it was at least 500. 160 lumens is like AAA keychain flashlight brightness at this point.

probably a trade off with battery life vs brightness. Do you want the sun for 15min or a dimmer light for a couple hours?

500 lumens can be had from a decent LED that is about 4 Watts of power. Even the smallest 2Ah 20V slim packs are almost 40 Watt hours, translating to 10 hours of runtime on the smallest of dewalt packs. So I don't think runtime is an issue here. These are power tools after all, some tools which are capable of draining a pack in 10-15 minutes or less.
