It's the high torque version, it's big, heavy and overkill for most people but really helpful when working on a cars suspension

If your not already in the dewalt ecosystem then the hercules line with harborfreight would be better. Less money per tool, better performance and has options like 5in cordless bandsaw for 129 tool only. The comparative to this dewalt in the hercules line is $207 but it includes battery and charger. Outperforms the dcf900 according to torque test channel.
