11.73 inches in length, 8.27 inches in width, and 2.64 inches in depth
The red hinged clip on the top, snaps over a little ridge on the bottom of subsequent modules. So these effectively interlock and become one unit for tying them down or organizing,
I have 4 of these I bought in 2 packs for $16 a few years back at Lowe's for clearance.
So this is sort of a decent price but not slick.
I would snag these in 2 packs.
I now have 12 of these and they're in 3 stacks of 4, for various things like organizing hardware etc.
I have found them Durable and relatively tough. They're impact resistant ABS and somewhere between the consistency of rubber made and Milwaukee in terms of fit and finish.
The fact they can be stacked and interlocked securely together is a bonus for me.

I suppose I should say how does the Medium version compare, which seems comparable in size for $10.50.

I use my 9x6x2 for things like guitar picks, select hex keys for them, tiny other parts like knobs. An my other I use to store assorted push pins, thumbtacks, small pieces that I need to put back on things. The small isnt useless but don't expect to be putting a lot in smaller ones unless it's a lot of thumbtacks.
Like I said if I use them for tools, the smaller ones merely hold the most used 20 bits. It's useful as opposed to pulling out 4 different packs an going thru 100 bits an attachments to get the 4 - 10 main bits/keys I use most everytime I touch my drill or dremel. At the same time you either need double your main bits/keys (probably should have backups anyways) or you'll have the main bits an keys *not* in the larger cases of all the bits you have.
An they have bigger ones too which might actually hold smaller tools like needle nose vice grips. (or modern usb c power chargers 🤣. If you've never owned any of these they look like they might hold more; till you get it home an try to put a couple m&ms in an realize peanut m&ms don't fit
