No Power Delivery fast charging and only 15 watts power output. This thing will be really slow to charge your devices and really really slow to recharge. If you're going to be using it regularly with a modern smartphone or laptop, do yourself a favor and get something that supports at least 30 watts with PD fast charging.

I have accessories that won't charge off PD/QC power banks. Small bt earbuds and speakers and a Tile device. Hoping these will charge them. I have Ankers for my phones and tablet
It may be slow, but if this truly is two 20,000mah portable battery banks for $20, then this is a great deal. Anyone with kids and devices can attest that you can never have too many portable chargers.
A big bonus is that a company (Belkin) that's been around for a while, has actually put their name on these batteries. They're probably made right next to all the other batteries that are sold here on Amazon by random alphabet character Chinese companies. But, You'd like to think that a big accessory Company like Belkin would at least vet and test these banks before putting their name on them, hopefully that's the case. I ordered a couple to try out. You probably need a power bank that supports trickle charge mode. Low draw devices don't pull enough to keep the "auto power" turned on on many of them. This one does not explicitly call that out so it may not work. However if you charge something higher draw like a phone at the same time, that should work (but when phone finishes charging, it will turn off and the other devices stop charging).
(Yes, I'm on the "buy two for the price of one" page. Yes, it shows $15. Yes, I went to the cart and got as far as the final order confirmation button. It showed as $30. This was probably a pricing mistake and the "two for one" price was supposed to mean two for $30, not two for the listed price of $15.)

This battery bank somehow can't be charged with a USB-C to USB-C cable with an e-marker chip.
