I got a spice rack from JC penny at Christmas with this same offer, and all I remember is after reading all the fine print and figuring out what S&H was after registering with the code,
They charge you $2-$3 s&H PER spice across the board, and they come in little plastic bags. I figured out the price per ounce, and it was about the same as getting mccormick spices at wally world or bulk at sams.
