You cannot change the color or size of anything, including the band, or the price is higher. Deal is still alive for pickup.

I had to try different Best buy stores but let's see if it really goes through
- Watch is $202.60, $100 trade-in drops it to $102.60.
- Asked support for a coupon, they gave me 25%, brought the price down to $76.95
- There's a portal offering 20% cash back, that will get me another $15 or so.
Final price of the watch for me is ~$60 (pre-tax), with a trade-in worth around $5. Sourcing a decent quality Watch 5 or better would likely cost me at least $60 or so, and then I need to worry if it gets accepted as a trade. It is easier to send in something that is a basic / old smartwatch. I imagine customer service would be more inclined to fix a trade in problem with 'any smartwatch' vs a specific model with certain requirements that have to be met for it to get accepted.
If you did store pickup, do Best Buy collect your trade in? Or so you still mail it in? I didn't get any instructions about the trade in, in my email.

Tried store pickup now and it worked.
Now really hoping the daisy chaining the watch 6 trade in works out.
