Not able to replicate this, the agent is sending a link without any extra promo code attached to be able to copy. I also don't get the pop up after sitting on the screen for a while to offer the extra discount.

That happens if you used an existing account to open the cart link they sent. This is why I said to create a fresh account and use that to open the link. If you are still not able to see the discount code, tell the rep that you are unable to see any discounts applied on the cart and he will be able to regenerate a link for you.

Where does the pop up happen where they think you aren't going to place to order? On checkout or in the cart? And how long did it take to pop up?

The popup happens once you get out of the cart they sent to you and rebuild the cart yourself. The popup should happen within 5-10 mins.

Does it happen on the cart screen or after you click checkout and are on the checkout screen?

As far as I know, once you use your real account or any discount program involved will invalidate the cart. This morning, I was trying to use may PayPal account and even that was changing the price somehow. Once I checked out as guest with a different email address, and a different CC, then it worked!

any recommendation for the watch for trade in?

i selected "any condition any watch" and my amazfit watch seems to be dead. Its been few years it was in the drawerer and is not charging/booting up. any recommendation for cheap watch? i dont want to risk sending amazfit despite I selected any watch any condition.

This worked for me. Thanks op. The first time, the customer rep gave me a link with no promotions; so i waited for a few minutes and contacted them again and told them there is no discount on the cart. This time, they created a new cart, and it did have a promo code. Just like the op mentioned, additional savings popped up when I tried to close the window. I was also able to stack the referral code. All in all, came to 86+ tax. If the cashack also shows up (big if), then it is less than 78.

Worked for me. I was trying it in Firefox and the popup with additional coupon never came. I tried it in Safari and it worked just like OP mentioned.
