Filler item shipped. Card showed pending for the total amount, but now only shows the $1.25 paid for the filler item with no remaining pending balance. Unable to view order status. Contacted QVC chat support and they mentioned if I don't see the controller by 12/13 to contact them again, so I'm assuming it's backorder vs them cancelling the order.

Despite never receiving a cancellation item email, mine was cancelled as well. Same as a lot of you, now stuck with a rug holder I don't need.
