What is the point of a 40 amp portable charger? Do you visit many places that have those outlets?
probably not, but if you visit friends or family that have an accessible 240v outlet, you're set. If not, it also works as a Level 1 charger.
edit to add:
It's one of the more flexible charger options on the market. it's good enough to be a primary home charger, but small enough to unplug it and throw it in the back of your car on a trip.

@HangryHokie answered it. I have family with NEMA 6-50 outlets in their garages for welders and they don't have many fast chargers in their area so this portable charger and its adapters is ideal.
Expired now. This was exactly what I was looking for. A dual voltage NACS charger well built and powerful enough to be a primary home charger and double as a mobile charger.

This might help. It appears to be a Grizzl-E Classic Clone for less money:
