Anyone tried a carbon fiber guitar before? How's it sound? I'm used to traditional acoustic.

They sound somewhere between a parlour guitar and one of those plastic backed applause guitar. The reverb really does help. I wouldn't use it for a performance, but they're great little practice, song-a-long, and fireside guitars. I paid about $30 more, and don't regret it.

Thanks! I played an Ovation years ago that had one of those big rounded domed backs to it so I'd assume it sounds like that.
