To me specifically, it is an annual membership for $47.02. Monthly membership doesn't have the discount.

I have it too ($47.04 for the annual membership). A little deceptive because the 60% discount figure is based on annualizing the monthly fee ($120) as opposed to the annual membership cost ($96). The actual discount is 51%.

Edit: I noticed that the membership fee was deducted from my uber cash - I didn't realize that would be the case (I did change the payment method to paypal and the app indicated that eligible uber cash would be deducted). It's definitely more slick as my uber cash comes from gift cards bought at 20% discount. Thanks OP!

Anecdotal but it seems to me that I get fewer and smaller coupons after I signed up for Uber One monthly. It would make sense, since I've subscribed they don't need to woo me. Has this been anyone else's experience?

Exactly this. Two days ago I noticed that the discounted membership was about to pick up, and saw the message that uber cash would be used first, so I went and grabbed $100 for $80 from costco as posted in another thread, bringing that $47 down to less than $38/year out of pocket. Slick.

Not for me. I got the annual sub last BF and consistently received the coupons, until this month.

I signed up for this offer. $47.04 for a one year membership, annualized. Pretty good deal, thanks and repped.

But warning:
  • Uber offers no record of this transaction. I got no email receipt, just a "welcome to Uber One" email. There is no evidence of this transaction anywhere on the Uber app or web site.
  • Upon going to my credit card site, it appears that they charged my credit card for the membership renewal, instead of my UberCash account -- despite the fact that my UberCash account is my primary payment method.
  • There is no readily apparent way to contact Uber to get this corrected. The Uber "Help" site offers no method to contact Uber. There is no Help chat box in the app. And the "Call Customer Support" button does nothing; I've clicked it several times with no result.

I'll keep working this, but just wanted to make sure everyone was aware. Still a good deal, though.

That's interesting - so the uber cash doesn't kick in automatically. Then I wonder if my uber cash was used because I changed the payment method for the membership to paypal.

Think my membership ended sometime today from last years deal and of course don't see this deal. For me this product is definitely not worth full price so will keep an eye out for deals

I feel like I experienced this. My last sub ran out last year around Black Friday. When I wasn't an uber one member I would get good coupons that it would make me want to sub to save on the delivery/fees. After I subbed I noticed that good coupon became more rare. Since I haven't been subbed I noticed the coupons are a little better, but not as great as before.

I also didn't get offered the uber one BF discount last year or this year. So I have used Doordash mainly since then.

Unfortunately, I forgot to check the expiration date from my last deal, and it renewed, so it's too late for me!
