I've gone through two of these. Both only lasting maybe half a year. The 1 star reviews and pictures of torn pockets have been my experience as well. They're also a bit tight if you've got some leg muscle.

Unfortunately have to agree with you here, loved the fit and comfort of these pants so I bought 6 pairs to rotate through. They all eventually ended up ripping on the back pocket seems like a legit product weakness. Eventually went with Muji pants that aren't as comfortable but last.
