i have the ios app and i don't see anywhere where there are offers or shopping. i'm using the latest version on the latest os. can anyone with the ios app clarify? is there a different eufy app besides the camera monitoring app?

Open the app and click on the pop up ad at the bottom. Alternatively, click on the quotation looking icon at the top right and then click on the Black Friday ad ….. or the bottom right explore icon and scroll across the top banner. It keeps changing on my app.

i think i figured out what's going on. none of the things that you mention show up on my app. it is probably because my region in set to mexico and those features are for US users.

So does this have any issues being in an ecosystem where some cams have support for the homebase, and some do not? Do they all just show up in the app the same way, but the cams that support it would just connect to it in the backend?
